Are you seeing the message "The Device cannot be located" when attempting to use the Cloud Features?
This message can be caused by a few things.

The Network Function Setting
Please ensure that you have enabled this setting before using the Cloud Features.

GPS Not Connected
If this is happening near the startup of the device, it may be because the internal GPS is not connected. To check, in the Thinkware Cloud App goto Dash Cam Info and note the GPS Status

Dash Cam not connected to a Hotspot
Ensure the Dash Cam is connected to a hotspot and the WIFI LED on the device is a solid blue.
