If you are attempting to connect to Remote Live View with your Thinkware Dash Cam, and you get the pop-up message "Connection to remote live view has failed", please confirm that the camera is indeed connected to the hotspot device by checking that the wifi LED is solid blue.

If the camera is connected (Solid Blue LED) but you are still not able to connect to remote live view, please contact our customer support at 1-844-865-9273 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Remote live view requires hotspot connection in order to work, and it is only available on Cloud-enabled devices (Q800pro, U1000)***
Remote live view in Parking mode is only available on the U1000***
