If you are seeing the error message above, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below:
Click on the Top-Left Apple Symbol and goto [1] System Preferences
Select [2] Security & Privacy
Select [3] General > Select [4] Open Anyway
Select [5] Open
The Mac Viewer will be launched
