Are you seeing the message "Add a Network-Enabled Dash Cam" in the Thinkware Cloud App?
This message would be seen on the Cloud Menu in the Thinkware Cloud App. Please note that this menu is only accessible with the F800PRO, Q800PRO, QA100 Elite, or U1000 Dash Cams.
What does this message mean?
This message means that the Dash Cam has not been properly registered for the Cloud Features.
Ensure you have created a Thinkware Account within the Mobile App, then click the link in the confirmation email and signed in, lastly connect the Dash Cam to your Smartphone's Hotspot and follow the on-screen pop-ups.
