*If you do not confirm your account, you won't be able to register the Dash Cam and access the Cloud features.
After creating your account on the Thinkware Cloud App, you will receive an email to confirm the account. You must open the email and click on the link to confirm your account and successfully register your Thinkware Dash Cam. Make sure to check your Spam** folder.
The confirmation link expires after 24 hours. If your confirmation link has expired or you haven't received the email, there are two ways you can re-send the link to your email.
Go to the log in page and log in to your account. If your account is not confirmed, you will be taken to the page below:
Type your email and click on the blue arrow. The confirmation email will be sent again.
Open the email and confirm your account!
1. Click here
2. Select "Forgot Password"
3. Type the email used to create the account on the App and click Next.
4. You will receive an email to update your password and confirm the account. Make sure you log in to your account after updating the password.
Once this is done, your account is confirmed!
** Some domains may not receive the confirmation email due to their spam filter settings. Below are domains currently known to not receive our emails:
If you used one of these domains for your account, we will have to manually confirm the account on our end. You can create your account using a different email or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +1 (844) 865-9273 and we will confirm the account for you!
